Tis the season to be jolly - and eat lots! I am not getting my health factory until after Xmas so I am incharge and not really doing too well. Put on a kilo. But it is not the end of the world and to combat all the food that seems to be on offer I have been runnig with Zea 2 nights this week and may well squeeze another one in tonight too.I have 4 days til I go back to the UK to visit my friends and family so need to keep up the hard work - no doubt there will be back to back eating and merryment for New Years also though.I need to just get through this and then get back on it fully when I get back after the new year - 10th Jan.Have a great Christmas and New Year everyone - I will return in 2010!
P.S. Check out my amazing tree decorating skills!
So as you can tell it has been a while since we caught up last. I have been some what hectic since we last spoke (confession time ahoy ...) I have had a friend visiting and having not seen the awesome human that she is for over a year a celebration was in order. I think I could have taken things a step too far by starting the celebration the day before she arrived on ladies night. A few drinks turned into a full scale uni and flat reunion with most of my nearest and dearest and carnage ensued! I managed to get myself in such a state that I never woke up in the morning and nearly forgot to get her from the airport - if that isn't reaching an all time high I don't know what is! It has been freaking fantastic having her here and as it was the Rugby 7's this weekend our flat soon turned into a youth hostel and partying was the only thing on the agenda. In light of this - and whilst I was on the road to oblivion pouring more than double measures for myself before I left the house - one of the flat mates called me 'faddy'. Now I have been called fatty before but never faddy but I think the boy has a point. I was sooo dedicated and working so hard towards this goal for 2 weeks solid then the winds change and I drop my guard and go all out to ruin it all.I was still getting all my lovely health factory goodies delivered this whole time which was a shame as I was so busy, I missed quite a few of them and needless to say easily made the wrong choices when ordering fried foods, breads and scoffing cheese! But in all of this, the copious amounts of booze and letting my short hair down i have still managed to hold onto the weight that I lost and not put any on! Think some days I was soo hungover I would have barfed if I had of eaten. So here we are nearly 1 month in and 6kgs lighter!Only 14 to go!I need to focus on this run up to Xmas and the big festivites themselves. Fingers still crossed!!!
